What to Expect

This session is for new clients, it includes approximately 30 min of discussing current issues you wish to resolve, followed by a healing that can take anywhere from 30-90 min. The time it takes to do the healing will depend greatly on what we discover about the root cause of the problem you are experiencing. This will involve getting to the core of any physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual issues you may be having, such as: • Anxiety • Depression • Fears/Phobias • Anger/Resentment • Trauma • PTSD • Disease/Physical Ailments • Insomnia • Lack of self-confidence • Addiction (drug, alcohol, food, work, etc.) • Weight Management We will do this, in part, by bringing awareness to any subconscious blocks or limiting belief systems you may have from past traumas or difficult life experiences. In addition to her intuitive abilities and degree in Psychology, the certifications and healing modalities Kristin uses are as follows: > EMI (Eye-Movement Integration) > Hypnotherapy > Past Life Regression > Soul Retrieval > Shadow Work > DNA Encoding and Activations > NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) > Medical Intuition > Reiki & Advanced Energywork Kristin will use any combination of these techniques based on what is discovered during the session. * Though you may experience an instantaneous healing during this session, please keep in mind these are soul-guided journeys and may require additional sessions to heal or clear completely.
