What to Expect

Reiki is an energy technique used to facilitate the healing of mind, body, and soul through relaxation and release. In a session, we allow universal energy to move intentionally and intelligently within your energy field to help provide clarity, clear blockages, and release burdens that may be giving rise to mental, emotional, and physical problems. Combined with the beautiful and transformative power of soul fragment reintegration, this can be a deeply healing and restorative experience. During a session, we will discuss events in your life that may have caused your soul to fragment, or split off. This can occur for a number of reasons to include but not limited to grief, illness, trauma, shock, emotional or physical abuse, assault, divorce, loss of a loved one, or wartime experiences. Signs you may benefit from soul retrieval: • Recurring dreams of disturbing scenes, insomnia • Loss of interest for something we used to enjoy • Loss of creativity • Feeling split, empty, dissociated, disconnected form our self, not feeling present in our body, as if we were outside of our self, spectator of our life • Loss or lack of self-confidence • Feeling that we have no value, nothing to offer -sometimes by waves of emotions • Having difficulties to make decisions and questioning these decisions • Looking for other people’s approval or support • Lack of motivation or desire to make our dreams come true • Being harder on our self than we would like to, which could even lead to self-loathing • Feeling lost, not knowing in which direction to go or how to move forward • Depression after a significant event or chronic depression • High anxiety • P.T.S.D. • Weak immune system, auto-immune disease or other diseases • Addictions to fill a void (drug, alcohol, food, work, need to possess material things...) • Feeling like a piece of you is missing or lost
